We are so impressed with the wholemeal wraps. I had a super easy dinner using them. Cooked up some chicken with tandoori paste, added spinach, capsicum, onion, tomato and cucumber with a little ranch dressing. The wraps held together so well without tearing apart and the flavours worked so perfectly with it. Our whole family enjoys them.

Nice to have a healthy option that is a bit different to regular bread (which I’ve never been much of a fan of). These wraps don’t sit heavy in the stomach like some bread, but still make me feel “full”. My family love to use the spinach and herb wraps as a pizza bases. They go nice and thin and crispy in the oven with toppings. My kids call them Shrek pizzas. The flavour of the spinach and herb is not overpowering with the pizza toppings.

We always have these on hand, they keep their freshness longer than others & are much larger & more filling. We often have them with salad fillings for lunch, but they also make for perfect burritos, much easier to hold than small tortillas!

Love how great these are for camping and long travel. No need to worry about squashing the bread. The extra long expiry date makes it so handy. Love that they are so versatile too. We love the “green” Helgas wraps! They’re tasty, they’re easy to use – and easy to store. So handy for using up leftovers (such as meats and salads) and the kids can help themselves to what they like in their wrap. Great for school lunches as well – cheese, ham and baby spinach roll ups are the popular choice here.

My son and daughter loved the wholemeal wraps by Helgas.
I made ham and cheese and chicken and cheese and cut them up in little scrolls for their lunchbox. The wraps were nice and soft and cut easily. I love the resealable bag to keep them nice and fresh.
The wholemeal is not overpowering and both my kids asked for the same lunch the next day. Will definitely recommend.

Helga’s mixed grain wraps are such a great healthy breakfast treat! They are all natural and a perfect source of energy to fuel my day. Especially when getting ready for a big hike. You can really load them up and they are great for toasting and hold together well. We used salmon, avocado, egg and hashbrown- delicious!

I use these daily with my kids and family. They’re loved (even just on their own). Can be made for savoury meal or snack, even a sweet one. I love how I can incorporate them into every meal to make the thinking easier everyday. My favourite is an easy quesadilla. You can add as few or many ingredients to suit your taste or liking.

Pack Smart, Not Big

Get Safety Sorted Before The Fun Starts

Swimming between the flags at the beach
Setting a meeting spot in case anyone gets separated

Drink bottles that have been frozen overnight
“We have a few allergies/intolerances, so being prepared with food is helpful and saves us the search and some money. I pre-chop carrots, cucumber, apples, boiled egg, in a handy separating container, a packet of chips, dip, and bring water bottles. A chaos-free beach day. Yes please!
