I tried a few of the more expensive brands with my daughter and they didn’t agree with her and it was an expense that I couldn’t afford. It gave her all the same nutrients as the $40 tins for half the price. Even at 20 months she still loves milk before bed. I know she’s getting vitamins and minerals with this! My 22-month-old daughter is super fussy with food, I follow her around most of the day hand feeding her like a bird, with occasional breast milk feeds, and usually breastfeed for the majority of the night. She will not usually eat much at once as a proper meal. This milk gives me peace of mind that she has enough in her belly to get to a good sleep, and also let mummy get some sleep too! I’m still breastfeeding also but using this at night as a quick top up and nutritious treat. She loves her warm milky drink.

I’m so very impressed with this Karicare Toddler milk. My toddler loved it right from the start and I thought I’d have troubles with her as she’s never had this before. But she absolutely loves it. It dissolves easily and the scoop is easy to use. It’s also lasted a decent amount of time which I’m also impressed about. I have 7 children but only tried this milk for my last 2 kids for my son now (2 1/2) he was on a different brand and when I transferred him over to Karicare Toddler he accepted it without any fuss at all. For my now 15 month old I made the decision to change her onto this milk because it was so good for my son, I was really nervous standing in the shop freaking out that no one had her milk because she was not good at drinking normal milk as it was thin and she was used to the thicker milk but after convincing myself I had no other option (and trying not to look the the crazy lady in the isle obsessing over what milk to buy) I bought it and she took to it easily and honestly I haven’t looked back since she had no issues with vomiting or constipation she was happy and that made me happy I would recommend this Karicare Toddler Milk to anyone.

1. Nappy Free Time

Dry, clean and comfy makes for a happy baby. And remembering that a baby’s skin is so very delicate, so it’s good to be picky about what you put on or near their skin. Enjoy your sweet babies!
All really good tips. I’m a big believer in not letting them sit in wet nappies for long. Even the most absorbent nappies are resting against their delicate skin and need changing. I’m also a big sudocrem fan. A thin layer applied to irritated skin does wonders. It’s natural for them to have nappy irritations but we can only do our best to avoid it
Really terrific advice. My daughter never had much in the way of nappy rash develop and I believe that because I did change her so frequently and we had a lot of nappy free time, especially in the warmer months of summer. Sure there is things to treat nappy rash but we all know prevention is best!
My first born had terrible nappy rash and ulcers from acid urine and none of the specialists prescription creams did anything. I finally used Petroleum Jelly and it cleared up his skin very quickly and kept future rashes at bay. It is cheap and easy to use and works the best of anything.

I had issues with my son pooping a lot as a newborn. Sometimes it can be really hard to keep the rash at bay if you have a child that is constantly doing that. There is some acidity in the excrement and that can cause burning before it’s even been against their skin for long. I used to use paw paw cream on him and that worked best as a barrier.
Nappy Rash can be so raw and painful and i always worried so much when our babies had a bout of it. I remember trying so many things but always found good old petroleum jelly used regularly would help in keeping it at bay. There are some great suggestions in the article.

Unfortunately sometimes especially once they’re on solids and their poops get yucky a little nappy rash can be unavoidable in which case a small amount of sudocreme clears it up quickly.
We found that changing nappies frequently was key for us. And once the kids starting sleeping for long periods at night, we started using the really good quality nappies – Huggies, as it happens – while cheaper nappies were still okay for the day and frequent changes. Nappies do vary! .
This is a really great reminder that nappy rash can happen but there are some great tips to help try and avoid it. I use to do a lot of nappy free time with my daughter when we were home as she had sensitive skin and I layered the barrier cream on all the time, especially at night.
