I do use Pantene shampoo, only Aqua light or Ice shine due to all the others leaving my hair feeling oliy after a day………………I’m pretty sure its the silicon!………. I tryed the”miracle” yesterday and my hair looks pretty average this morning……………….I will say out of all conditioners I have tryed and I have tryed many and expensive brands Pantene Deep Fortifying is the BEST value for money I have ever used, I hate using anything else…………………….GIVE MIRACLE A MISS and try Deep fORTYFYING conditioner.

I am not convinced of this pantene treatment. While I was not chosen to review this product, I have used it in the past anyway. Pantene normally strips my hair so I was not expecting much from this Treatment. It was definitely easy to use, but I did not see any improvement in my hair. Perhaps you need to use this long term?

I love this little Pantene Minute miracle..Because the hair is instantly light and uplifted..Its a pocket rocket size..So no big extravagant bottle of formula required. PANTENE is a good product. but like all shampois build up does occur. This is why the hair needs a treatment. It has the Pantene quality and fragrance.

Oh my goodness my hair is absolutely ruined from all the daily drying and straightening. Not to mention the horrible weather that leaves it brittle flat and boring. My hair has always been shocking to try to tame. It’s baby fine, yet somehow ridiculously thick at the same time. It’s got fly-away bits, and smooth bits, and curly bits, and wavy bits, and none of these seem to have a pair on the opposite side of my head. It’s really annoying. I have searched, and searched to find something, ANYthing that could make my hair even just a bit less of a hot mess, and finally I’ve found it! No more $200 salon treatments, no more fighting with shampoos and conditioners, trying to find the right combination of repair and smooth, etc. For less than $20 once every few months, I can fix all of my hair issues in 3 minutes! So we are well and truly into the hot weather now, which means I am swimming every day. Chlorine would normally take its toll and damage the hair but I simply shower straight after the pool, give my hair a shampoo and condition but twice a week I use 3 minute miracle, I have short hair and find that 1/2 a tube is enough for me and besides I am using it twice a week. Simply snip, tip and squeeze rub well into the hair concentrating on the roots, wait 3 minutes (whilst enjoying the cascading warm water running over my well worked muscles) and then rinse. Results are instant you can actually feel the softness. Once hair is dry I see the glorious shine and appreciate the manageability.

After reading some of the other reviews from other mums on this site, I decided I would have to try it for myself. I’m not generally a Pantene fan as I find it a bit heavy and like it leaves a residue. But this 3 minute miracle treatment was actually pretty good. I’ve got medium-length, chemically treated hair. I recently used a product that I found at Woolworths to strip the colour from my hair without any harsh chemicals and it left my hair feeling like straw… I had just purchased a 3 pack of the 3-minute miracles as they were half price, so I ended up using one to try to get my hair back to its original texture. Let me tell you – it worked a treat. I’ve never felt my hair be so soft or look so shiny. 100% impressed with this little tube of magic. Owning a pool means constant chemical damage to my hair (sorry no tooo vain to use a swimming cap) shampooing after swimming and using this amazing 3 minute miracle once a week keeps my hair in great condition. 3 minute miracle is easy to use, I just step into the shower shampoo and rinse my hair then apply my miracle tube..leave it on while enjoying my shower and then wash it out. 1. Nappy Free Time

Dry, clean and comfy makes for a happy baby. And remembering that a baby’s skin is so very delicate, so it’s good to be picky about what you put on or near their skin. Enjoy your sweet babies!
All really good tips. I’m a big believer in not letting them sit in wet nappies for long. Even the most absorbent nappies are resting against their delicate skin and need changing. I’m also a big sudocrem fan. A thin layer applied to irritated skin does wonders. It’s natural for them to have nappy irritations but we can only do our best to avoid it
Really terrific advice. My daughter never had much in the way of nappy rash develop and I believe that because I did change her so frequently and we had a lot of nappy free time, especially in the warmer months of summer. Sure there is things to treat nappy rash but we all know prevention is best!
My first born had terrible nappy rash and ulcers from acid urine and none of the specialists prescription creams did anything. I finally used Petroleum Jelly and it cleared up his skin very quickly and kept future rashes at bay. It is cheap and easy to use and works the best of anything.

I had issues with my son pooping a lot as a newborn. Sometimes it can be really hard to keep the rash at bay if you have a child that is constantly doing that. There is some acidity in the excrement and that can cause burning before it’s even been against their skin for long. I used to use paw paw cream on him and that worked best as a barrier.
Nappy Rash can be so raw and painful and i always worried so much when our babies had a bout of it. I remember trying so many things but always found good old petroleum jelly used regularly would help in keeping it at bay. There are some great suggestions in the article.

Even though I agree that prevention is key, I also think it’s important to have a good barrier cream to hand to help at the first signs of trouble. There are lots of good brands, you can pick any really that suits your baby’s skin. But use it liberally when you need it!

But yes, i do swear by changing their nappies as soon as it’s soiled. It’s what worked for us for both children! We always go prepared and change either before going out, during or in the car boot if we really had to
Nappy rash is horrible and prevention is definately better than cure. This is a fantastic article with some great tips. Especially the changing of the nappy frequently. Unfortunately sometimes especially once they’re on solids and their poops get yucky a little nappy rash can be unavoidable in which case a small amount of sudocreme clears it up quickly.
We found that changing nappies frequently was key for us. And once the kids starting sleeping for long periods at night, we started using the really good quality nappies – Huggies, as it happens – while cheaper nappies were still okay for the day and frequent changes. Nappies do vary! .
This is a really great reminder that nappy rash can happen but there are some great tips to help try and avoid it. I use to do a lot of nappy free time with my daughter when we were home as she had sensitive skin and I layered the barrier cream on all the time, especially at night.
