Having a nut free option is so important for a family. And also always handy for when friends or relatives visit and have nut allergies. This spread tastes just like Nutella and the kids love it. It is still a treat in our house but I feeling better serving this to them than Nutella
I try to always have some on a hand. Or atleast buy regularly as it is handy to have nut free options.

We’re fortunate that my family don’t have any allergies, however after my niece was diagnosed with a nut allergy (epi-pen style) we wanted to source a safe spread for when she visits, and after tasting the PeaNOT spreads (both smooth & crunchy), I decided to give the HazelNOT a go. I’ve never allowed Nutella in this house, however my kids can now have a choc “hazel(not)nut” spread that I’m happy to give them. Far less sugar, way more protein, I would 100% recommend this to anyone – nut free requirements or not. Even I now enjoy a choc (not)nut spread. Delicious!

The HazelNOT spread is my personal favourite. I was very happy to give my kids this in their lunchbox as I know it wouldn’t be a problem with allergies at school. So happy we found something else to go sandwiches that my kids eat. I also used it in cooking to make protein ball, amazing taste. My whole family gave it the tick of approval. It’s a slightly “naughtier” option but the quality and nutritional factors of this spread are healthy compared to its competitor, Nutella. Delicious and healthy!

I may be slightly bias with my kids review because I honestly don’t buy Nutella – too much sugar. My kids are always whinging for chocolate spreads and I was keen to try VGood HazelNOT choc spread for the nut free element for school but also because it is low in sugar. We tried it combined with the peaNOT butter and a banana on toast. Both kids asked for seconds and loved it. Was it because they never get choc spreads? Maybe. But either way, they licked their plates clean. Given the healthy ingredients, I’m happy for them to have this in their lunch boxes and after school too. Everyone’s kicked a goal in our house with this one!

This spread was so good I ate most of it off a spoon straight out of the jar. The kids enjoyed the little amounts I shared and begged me for more. I will definitely be buying this again, maybe only occasionally so the temptation to devour the lot is not right in front of me. The kids however would be happy for us to have it in the cupboard all the time.

The colour is very inviting to eat. I’m amazed how it really look like a hazelnut spread. It has a very thick texture so it’s quite effort to spread on bread. I think this is best to be a filling in donuts and buns with its texture. As for taste, it taste more of cocoa than hazelnut but it tastes good! Whole family love it!

This was a real hit! Eaten straight off the spoon, spread onto bread/toast and has been used to make brownies. Nice rich flavour but love how there is less sugar. This will definitely be purchased again as it has many purchases – looking forward to buying another jar and using this in milkshakes, muffins and supposed I will have to share!

Usually I don’t buy any chocolate spreads as I would like there to be some nutritional benefit. This hazelNOT choc spread is not only delicious, but has a 5 star health rating, and has no artificial colours or preservatives, and a lot less sugar. Winning! The kids love the taste and consider it a real treat. They often unknowingly have it all around their mouths, as they can’t get it in quick enough. Will definitely buy again. Ok so this is totally a win for our family. Little miss 8 who can sometimes be fussy loves this, so much so I caught her In the pantry eating it out the jar lol. Mr 13 also enjoyed and so did miss 3. I feel better about being able to give them a healthier option and being able to take it to school is a bonus. Another option to put on sandwiches is also a win

When we first tried hazelnot spread you could definitely tell that there was less sugar. It grew on us over time and it actually quiet pleasant on toast. I feel better eating it knowing it has 5 star health rating, opposed to other really high sugar choc spreads. It’s a plus that I can send the kids to school with it in there sandwiches and not have to worry about other children’s allergies. I would probably buy it again if it was a reasonable price and I’d recommend it to my friends with kids who have Allergies.

Great option for nut allergic kids who miss out on Nutella. Similar taste but definitely don’t pile it on as thick as Nutella, it’s too rich for that. Also nice with strawberries or bananas added to it.

Occasionally we would buy Hazelnut spreads as a special treat for the kids, this term their school announced they can no longer have peanut butter or hazelnut spreads.
Over the last week we were given the opportunity to try the VGood Co HazelNOT spread and I must say it’s been a hit and my son has asked to have it on his lunch nearly every day.
It’s a healthier option and the stickers for their lunchboxes make it great for them to have it on their lunches, they even have people asking where they can buy the products from.
The HazelNOT spread is a little harder to spread but it’s still delicious and our little family recommend it for a healthier allergen free option.

We loved this product. It was far less sweet than the main brand names. It was thicker in substance and less messy. Kids enjoyed the taste and as they have a nut free school policy meant they could take this to school. It was great on toast but had many different uses. We would add to our regular shop list.

We tried these delicious goodies and totally enjoyed them.
These chickpea based spreads are so tasty and even my kids loved it. Its good for their lunch boxes and something Mummy approves as its has less in sugar, has iron, fibre and protein. The hazelNOT spread is my all favorite in my sandwich.
The best thing is that its gluten free and Nut free. Definitely a healthier choice for my family. Do give it a try and you will love it.

Safe alternative to Nutella, less sugar and much healthier alternative for my family. It is hard to believe it is made of dry roasted chickpeas, the natural cocoa flavour gives the taste of chocolate without all the added sugar in traditional Nutella which makes it much healthier. I love that it is a pantry item I can keep in my classroom for my special need students with nut allergies. Safer, tastier, healthier and convenient option for a snack inside and outside school.

We asked our hundreds of thousands of Mouths of Mums members for their tried-and-true, trusted nappy rash tips, and their responses came down to four key tips. So if you’re about to have your first baby, or your fifth, it’s worth popping on the kettle and reading through what’s helped other mums.

1. Nappy Free Time
