So my daughter started school this year. Only into the last day of the third week today. As i was walking her in to school she turns and says to me “mummy i just pooed myself”. Now my kid hasn’t had an accident in years so im thinking ok whats going on but as it turns out she had gastro. The poor little thing waled to the toilet and it was all downhill from there. Naturally i took her straight home but you know what really upset me. There was no soap in the bathroom. How are we meant to teach kids about good hand hygiene when there is no soap at the beginning of the day at school? i was so annoyed.
