Christmas Hangover - Real Mum story on MoM

Blegh…. has anyone else got the dreaded christmas hangover. I love love love christmas, I love the lights, the decorations and most of all I love seeing the joy and surprise on my kids faces when they see what Santa has left for them.

I am so sad christmas is over for another year, I can’t even bring myself to take down the tree and decorations and i am contemplating leaving the lights up :-). It’s never been this bad, I have always had the christmas stuff packed away by new years. and its not like I don’t have anything to look forward to either, its my birthday next week and I am 35 weeks pregnant. It is just strange….. oh well… I suppose I will get there eventually… *sigh*

I have been able to purchase some cheap Christmas decorations for this year; lots of gorgeous festive lights!

yeah i don’t like having to pack chrissie things away. this year hubby told me that i could leave all the stuff up if i wanted but i said that people would think that i was a weirdo lol. i think that he might be doing a little reverse physc on me lol

Yes! I start getting so excited & Christmas night once it’s all over I start getting that dreadful hangover feeling, quite sad.

At 35 weeks, a natural disinclination to the work involved in putting away the Chrissy decoration. I bet you have done so by now.

Yeah it’s a shame it only last a day but hey as long as we can be with our family together for the rest of the week till new year it’s still awseome. And yeah you don’t have to remove the tree for another week or two
