Dealing with Bullying

You hear so many stories about kids being bullied at school and online
its not only the children that get bullied Adults get bullied also and I was one of them I worked at a office for many years and we got a new Manager and then the bullying started yes everyday I would get bullied and to look like a total idiot in front of my work colleagues this went on for 6 months. I ended up leaving in the end as I could not take it anymore and I didn’t report it to anyone I was too scared too as I was just a little old worker up against a Manager so who would take me seriously.
