Family helping out - Real Mum story on MoM

Sick
Mums we are know when we are sick it’s the worst. U get do school run cook clean. I’ve been sick for over 2 weeks. But my hubby has helped our so much with cooking tea while I was asleep keeping the fire going and helping out with wat every I need. I know a lot of hubby’s would do thus. I am a very lucky girl/wife

I’m lucky to. When I’m sick my husband sends me to bed and deals with the kids.

Hope you’re feeling better. We all need a hand sometimes. Glad you’ve got a good partner there, all men should step up and help out their families, it should just be what families do. To all those with sons….teach them while they are young and they will make great husbands!

Yes, my husband tries hard to help – but if he’s sick at the same time, all bets are off! He goes to bed!

You are lucky. My hubby works a lot of hours so in the time that he is home then he does try.

If I’m sick, the family literally falls apart at the seams. I’m the backbone of this family. I do everything & I organise everyone. I shop, clean, wash & cook as well as being the one who remembers to pay the bills! This I know is all my own fault. You’re lucky to have a supportive husband who can cook. Mine can’t boil water.

It is very fortunate to have family or a hubby around to help when you’re sick. It’s also nice of you to acknowledge and appreciate this.
