heartbreaking - Real Mum story on MoM

i have never really understood how some children get treated. i heard on the radio this morning how a woman placed her child on someones doorstep and they decided not to charge the woman and they would adopt the child.

i really feel for these children. i would go to the end of the earth to protect my children. not writing this to start arguments i just want to say that so many parents take their children for granted and need to deal with the decisions they make in life. a baby is the most precious gift anyone can have. cherish your children

It always breaks my heart when u hear stories like this. But surely no mother in her right mind would do this to her child. She must be suffering immensely and I hope she gets the help she needs.

I know – I could not even begin to imagine doing anything to harm my angel, but I can also understand for a young girl, very likely confused and terrified, maybe not having anyone to turn to, leaving her babe with a family known in the community as being good people is far better than if she had panicked and left him where he may not have been found. I do feel dreadfully sorry for her.
