I wonder if he was already thinking about a divorce before you had a tragic loss of your unborn baby. I know of a guy whose work got behind while his wife was in hospital for the same reason. At the time he simply applied for leave at short notice and didn’t tell his employer the reason. When he returned to work he has to catch up with what he hadn’t done. It meant extra hours for a week or so, he didn’t know how to cope and work helped him to cope in his way. His employer decided something was wrong and called him into his office and had a good talk to him and it all came out in the open. After that the boss made sure he left work on time and offered to arrange counselling for him at the company’s expense., talked to a couple of other trusted employees and asked them to see if they could help him catch up.

How horrible. I hope now 2 years have passed and you are in a better place.

oh dear sorry to hear this it put me in tears my partner left me when our baby was 20months old its so hard and im still in tears nearly everyday bubs is 2 in a wk been the worst time of my life by far and to go threw a losing a baby also just breaks my heart. Hope your ok. xx
