Love dove that is the funniest thing I have read in ages! I keep thinking of what would have happened if you had had the baby in the food court – images of a little one wrapped in fluoro keep popping up in my head! I can’t reverse park to save myself, so to manage it fully pregnant and in labour – I am in awe!

Makimoo -thank you! and although I am sorry you have had a similar experience with your family, I am glad I am not alone in having this happen and that I am not over reacting! I think it might be best if I do take up your suggestion and just see them occasionaly in the local cafe, as I don’t want her to miss out on seeing the other uncles/aunts.

It annoys me no end that the exterior mirrors on cars are no longer adjustable. It would be a lot safer if you could see behind you at the right angle when reversing and cars that usddenly pull out from the car behind you and overtake over the speed limit and before you blink they are either tailgating you or overtaking you at the same time as the car behind you and “cut you off” meaning you are tailgating until you reduce speed enough to leave a gap.

I’ve never been able to drive, forget reverse parking while in labour! I am going to try and find the original stories as I’m intrigued now
