I just read that there measles and whooping cough are on the rise in Australia.
whooping cough particularly bad in Victoria.
Im thinking of all the poor babies affected and my heart goes out to their families.
I hope they all survive

And they’re sadly on the rise because of all the misinformed, lazy parents that choose not to vaccinate their babies. Hard to believe in this day and age, parents are so willing to risk their children’s lives, and the lives of others, on the say so of a hysterical minority. Wake up Australia and vaccinate your kids

well i got the vaccine in the hospital and i made my mum get it as well. Well she didn’t need to be convinced

It is shocking and sad to hear this, hopefully people read about it and ensure they are vaccinated before visiting newborns to protect them from contracting it.

yeah everyone should make sure that they are vaccinated so that they don’t spread this to the kids.
