Have you seen the pretty mermaids tails that you can buy, do that little girls, teenagers, adults can live their fantasy being a mermaids?
they are not suitable to wear swimming. I just watched a video on Facebook, of a young girl in her family pool, go under the water with a mermaids tail on and wasn’t able to come back to the top of the water. Luckily her mum was paying attention and grabbed her. Very scarey

Thanks for the warning. I’m sure I wouldn’t have let Miss3 wear one in a pool or at the beach before reading this. But now I’ll definitely will not let her wear one.

I have no idea regarding the labels. Absolutely kids should always be supervised when swimming

Your story stresses the point of children being supervised at all times when near and in the water and the importance of wearing swimmers when swimming!

wow that is scary. i know that it is not meant to be used for swimming as it is a costume but how many kids will want to try it out even just in the bath tub. Have to be watchful of the kids
