After recently having my first “anxiety” attack, which scared me beyond words, I have since joined a gym and fallen inlove with exercise and the positive effect it has on my body.
I am overweight too so the goal is to lose weight as well as improve my mental health. I am a more calmer partner, better mother and finally doing something just for me. I just wish it hadn’t taken an attack to get my butt into gear and start doing things that needed doing. The next step is Yoga, to teach myself some relaxation techniques and how to unwind and shut off the busy day to day routine
