yeah if you went down to centrelink, they have so many pamphlets with info for help in your local area. They used to have one big emergency photo copy pamphlet which had all the places that you can get food, shelter, counselling, financial assistance options etc. Has all these helpline numbers as well.

Their local GP would be the best place to start. If they receive Centrelink benefits, they also offer free counselling advice too. We’ve been through a few crises over the years, you get through most of them, so luck is on their side. All the best
