One year old getting two yr old molars

My little boy is getting quite upset at the moment and not sleeping properly, He seems to be getting his 2 year old molars at just over 1 year. He is waking during the night around 3 am with a sore mouth and is dribbling constantly and now has a runny nose to go with it. I really feel for my little man as he is always smiling and people comment constantly because he is a gorgeous little red headed boy. All i seem to be able to do for him is give him a little panadol and lots of cuddles and put him to bed with me. Hopefully they will cut through soon so he can get a good night sleep and i can also

Is it possible he may also have tonsillitis?? I know of 3 children who have got tonsillitis when getting teeth..
