I am interested in anyone’s experiences and stories with POCS and the removal of excess hair on face and neck and body because of POCS.

I have PCOS, and do have facial hair issues.. I just use hair removal creams, and pluck almost everyday! I also have a facial spring for when I am just sitting down doing nothing at all… If I can’t see the hair, I feel confident.

I also have lots of dark hair on my arms, but i also use hair removal creams for that too, otherwise I don’t feel ‘normal’!

Facial hair on a woman can be quite embarrassing and really affect your self esteem. As a PCOS sufferer, I was able to overcome the facial hair side effect of PCOS by having a series of electrolysis treatments over three years. Although it’s not pain free, it gets results.
