Rate It section - Real Mum story on MoM

I read a comment on this site in one of the sections about someone not liking the Rate it section and that is pointless to have ratings on some products and seems like points racking. I enjoy reading the rate it reviews and find it helpful and have even bought products to try because of the reviews. I have left rate it reviews and hope other people have found them helpful? Thanks to the mums that have left rate it reviews.

I can see it from both angles it does seem to be a easy way to collect points, but then if im going to try something new and it has a lot of bad or fantastic feedback, knowing its a bad or a really good product seems worth it in my eyes.. I just hope people are been honest when rating..

  People have to follow their own personal moral code and principles when commenting on and rating products. Only yesterday I purchased products at the store because of Rate It Reviews. I have even re-visited some old products.

Couldn’t agree with you more…well said.
The point of this web site is to give advice, help, support, suggestions etc.
Winning a reward prize is just an added bonus …the real bonus is the love one gets from the other moms.
I find genuine reviews a real help when choosing items.

  Thank you Cherz! I do love genuine reviews and honest feedback. I respect the opinions of other mums on this site even when they are different to mine, difference and diversity helps with personal growth.

    If you are thinking of trying a new product you can check to see if others have given their opinion of them. Some products are very expensive to buy if you don’t like it.
