Part four THE END at llast we have found what’s happened with our household contents policy that they couldn’t find a policy for it seams that they were taking the payment out of my partners account to pay my contents policy then that stopped and a new policy started which they took money out of my account to pay it as we had cancelled his payment it stopped his payment and picked up mine so all accounts are now how they should be no over payments but after speaking to at least x15 ppl in over a month it’s still not good enough but at least it’s fixed thanks for all yr feed back mouths of mums

  • Gosh, what a journey! I’ve considered switching to Real Insurance, will double think that now. I’m currently with LifeInsurance and I think it’s a bit exxy. It increases every year and is nearly out of my affordability range……I’m only 48 so unless I die soon :( I may have to switch
