If you posted a question , and want to reply back to a particular mum who answered your question , just click REPLY which is underneath the response. That is much easier and the person can reply back to you as well.

When you post a question or a story or a recipe or a craft project etc etc etc MoMs send you an email when you have comments on them. You just click on the link in your email,and it takes you straight to your comments. Too easy

I’m surprised you’re experiencing such difficulty with this site. I usually get an email,saying I have comments on my story. I click on the highlighted but in the email, login and I’m there. As for contacting MoMs, too easy too. I’ve found everything on here to be very simple, hopefully you work it out

Just click on the link from your email, should send you straight there.

come and check your answer manually as it might take awhile to be notified that there is an answer

Wow! a hundred answers is a lot, it must have been a good question! Usually if you click on the email it goes directly to your question and responses. Hope it worked out for you. Glitches do occur.

I’ve never posted a question and just found out that people who do get an email from a response, you learn something everyday.

I always get an email and click on that?

I get an email saying there’s an answer or new responses. I click on it & it comes straight up

Every so often the site seems to have problems – try again in a few hours.

I always get an email saying there is new comments on my post and you just click that link and it takes you straight there,,also if you look at the sections say for example heart and soul there is a see all button that opens up more stories for each section, but I have had trouble posting and the other night I just gave up as no matter how much I refreshed and rewrote my reply to a post is come up with an Error page after I clicked summit comment. So I have had some problems with some gliches

When someone comments on one of your posts you should receive an email with a link that goes straight to you post.

If you scroll to the very bottom of the page there is a contact us option. And for your story just head to real stories then the type ie kids, travel etc and find tour story in there. If you let us know the title we can have a look to see its still there if you like.

If your getting emails that say people have responded to your question or story, than you should be able to go to this via that link.
