Hello!

We had a big weekend of every member of the household whether young or old cleaning out the rooms in the house. Everybody had to help with cleaning and the jobs were age appropriate and of course not too difficult. The curtains were washed and the windows cleaned. Drawers were cleaned out and old clothes were bagged and driven to the charity shops and placed in the charity bin. Books were cleaned out and placed in a box and will be donated to the next charity book fare. The kitchen was cleaned and unused Tupperware will be going to a new home. Such a good feeling to clean up and clean out the house. The younger kids helped and felt pretty happy with their efforts. Many hands made light work.

  • You got rid of your Tupperware? How can Tupperware ever outgrow its usefulness? Mine is always in use, I cannot imagine getting rid of it….ever!

  • And it’s good for kids to involve them in household chores.

  • Good on you for finding the time. it always gives you a little more room for the things that seem to find their way into your home…..
