Hello!

Just been to the hairdressers (a small family run operation). Hy hairdresser is around 40 – we talk about our school agree children. The 21 year old hairdresser next to me had a 21 year old client – they talked about 21st parties, fashion, latest and greatest bars/restaurant, overseas holidays and similar. They were asking us questions along the way and were a little baffled by our complete absence of knowledge on so much. They were very amused by our real knowledge of ’80’s fashion tips for a retro 21st they are attending this weekend! Its easy to forget how much life and priorities change once you have children. We were them not to long ago…

  • All ages have their charm! I don’t mind getting old either. So far at least! :-)

    • I agree – it is all about enjoying every age!

  • I’m loving being older. I’ve found I don’t stress so much over what’s expected of me by others or what others think of me. I can be me, doing what me wants, I’m enjoying it. Although the arthritis isn’t so much fun :/

  • I talk about these things too and I find there is less difference between the ages and that we can all learn from each other. I love fashion, travel and my family.
