Tips on dealing with fighting children

My kids are 8 and 6 both boys. They are driving me insane with the constant fighting. It all ends in a screaming match and they both end up in their rooms to settle down. No matter what they are doing they just can not get on with each other, at the moment I feel like my family is so out of control…everything is a constant fight no matter what I say. I do implement consequences and I stick to what I say. I am at my wits end. Where have my 2 boys that loved to play with each other gone….HELP !!! What do you do to quite the situation?

Its so hard I have 3 boys 2 at home and they are 11 and 2 and they fight but the worse was when my ex was here with his 2 kids 13 and 11 fighting with my 11 yr old hence the reason we are no longer together just feel so sorry for our baby that never had a chance because of the older kids

Really hope that this is just a phase and it will soon be over!
