Yours is a much healthier option. Give your other half the recipe to make them for you for Mother’s Day. I don’t like food in bed either unless I am ill enough to stay there.

A gorgeous looking breakfast for any day of the year. Pancakes and berries and a big scoop of ice cream would have me in a happy mood all day!

For birthdays and Valentines I make heart shaped sweet potato pancakes with berries and yacon syrup for my husband and kids for breakfast. None of us likes breakfast served in bed, so I always wait till everyone is up

That would be my ideal breakfast any day of the year, looks so good. But hubby wouldn’t enjoy it, he’s not a chocolate fan, not a fruit fan, not a breakfast fan and not a Valentines Day fan come to think of it
