Baby brand My 1st Years used AI technology to create images of what the world’s most popular fictional characters could look like as real, human children. And the results are amazing!

From Minions, to Hello Kitty and even Dory from Finding Nemo, these joyous characters have been transformed by Midjourney into super realistic photographs of children. As part of the project, Google search data was used to uncover the world’s favourite children’s fictional character. The researchers then took the most popular and had them reimagined into children.

We’ve put the images below, with the character they represent underneath them, so you can try and guess who it is, before scrolling!

Can you guess who this cutie is?! At the top of the list of the most popular fictional characters is the Minions from Despicable Me. Those glasses and big eyes are a dead giveaway!

If you managed to guess this one, you’re a true kids’ character fan! This is what the AI suggested Hello Kitty would look like in real life.

This adorable fellow is none other than … Mickey Mouse! With his big smile and button nose, this beloved character looks like the most adorable child!

Next up is the mystery-solving, snack eating, scaredy cat – who is actually a dog! It’s Scooby Doo! The AI technology generated Scooby’s life-like image to have red hair!

The polka dot bow and dress are a dead giveaway – this is Minnie Mouse! Fun fact: did you know her full name is actually Minerva Mouse?!

With his shock of white-blonde hair, this is none other than Olaf the Snowman from Disney’s Frozen! What a cutie pie!

This gorgeous child is what the AI technology deemed Simba from The Lion King would look like as a human.

This one had us stumped, but he clue is in the outfit. This is Pink Panther!

This doe-eyed cherub is the forgetful, sweet and innocent friend of Nemo – this is Dory!

Finally, this little guy is one of our Muppet faves – say hello to Kermit the Frog, as a little boy!
