I have had Fisher & Paykel Washing Machines since I had my first child, 3 decades ago. I have had top loaders (including the original top loader that is as efficient as a front loader!) and I love them! Easy to use and maintain.
I have Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawer Dishwashers and have installed F & P double ovens and cooktops in both the homes we have renovated over the years.
I am aware that my current washing machine can’t last forever and had not considered a front loader but this gives me food for thought…oh, how I would have loved to try out a new F & P front loader.

I chose not to buy a front loader because you have to bend over to put clothes in them and remove them. They are a lot heavier to lift out because they are wet. What would happen if the “door” seal perished or simply started to come off. Not only would you have a wet slippery floor your electricity could get wet too.

These are so handy to read! I’m currently waiting for my husband to allow me to purchase a new washing machine so I can’t start using cloth nappies on our newborn. Our old washing machine will prob do more damage then good for washing all my new nappies

Looks like a good washing machine. The garment feature is quite handy. I love how thy think of little innovations to improve items we have had for many years.

The add a garment feature is so handy. My washing machine has it and is an absolute life safer for when you find a random piece of clothing that you missed.

Front loading washing machines are the best. Can wash so many more clothes in one wash and the clothes actually get cleaner. This machine is both water and energy efficient; far surpasses top loaders. Fisher and Paykel a reputable brand with great quality products.

Looks and sounds like a great washing machine.I’ve only ever been able to afford second hand washing machine’s…..so I’ve had a few.I hope that those who were lucky enough to review this fantastic washer really appreciate how lucky they are…well done and hopefully you will keep us updated with the performance

And when u duddnly remember to put in ur pyjamas in the FL and the door is closed…. huh… happens to me all the time

I have now discovered that there FLs available where you can add items after the wash has started… I want this!

I wish the salesperson was trained properly when I bought my FL because it’s so small-they are not compatible to the sizes of the TL!
