My son used to be afraid when the lions and tigers came to the window like this. I wasn’t aware at the time that he had Aspergers, and he found it a very scary experience.

Lol, so cute and funny. When we went to the zoo in year 11 a classmate was standing at the lions and she got sprayed, poor girl stunk the bus out on the way home!

As fascinating as it is for the kiddies, I can’t help but see a bunch of hungry animals ready to eat them. There is a fine line between experiences and educating our kids that these are wild animals and should be given that respect and understanding.

With did a extended family trip to the zoo and it was fantastic to see all the kids enjoying all the animals they encountered. They even took to handling the reptiles including a large python for a picture.

Love this. Can’t wait to take my daughter to the zoo for the first time when we go to Melbourne.

Quite frightening as the bigs cats seriously wanted to attack and bite people where as the monkeys etc were having fun! the ottar and apple was pretty cool.

we saw the gorrilas drinking from poppers!

My grandson was able to feed the meercats at a zoo recently & he believes he now has a new best friend.

love it and want to go to the zoo once again much more, animal friendly since way back when…. Enjoy there antics the monkeys are doing a lot we do. My favourite was a white tiger I saw with regal stare. So my grand-kids and I must take a trip there .. school holidays coming up
