A simple, quick and a deliciously healthy snack.
Ingredients (makes 8 small biscuits)
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp Maca powder (can be purchased from the health section in supermarkets or health food stores)
- 1 tbsp cocoa
Method
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray. Flatten.
- Bake in oven for 25 minutes on 180 degrees.
