Bird scaring bunting

A great way to scare off birds – saved my coriander this year!

Material

some tin foil
a needle
a roll of thread
2 skewers or sticks

Method

Cut tin foil into triangles
stitch onto a line of thread
Tie around the sticks
add to your plant patch

I have had success in using old CD’s and DVD’s hanging from my fruit trees.

We had lots of issues with birds. Ended up having to place a net over the veggie patch to keep them out
