DIY spaceman costume

A great quick & easy dress up idea for a party.

Material

1 bike helmet
1 roll tin foil
2 grey tubes
a pair of black / grey tights
a wjite or siler shirt
a roll of double sided sticky tape
a pair of Hockey/football shin pads

Method

To make the helmet - put the grey tubes into the ventilation holes of the helmet
wrap helmet in tinfoil (may need to use some double sided sticky tape here)
Dress in tights/trousers
Put shin pads inside of socks ( and get your little spaceman/women to put them on)
Get them to put shoes on now then... you can wrap socks in tin foil
