Australian aboriginal culture is very artistic, with no written language this was how stories were told and how knowledge was passed on.
Material
- 1 A4 art card
- 1 black nikko pen
- 4 cotton buds
- 4 acrylic poster paints
Method
- On your A4 card draw a boomerang (or google a printable)
- Get the kids to use the cotton buds to dot paint patterns on the boomerang, you can use any colours you have handy.
- When finished you can cut it out or hang it as is
Notes
Traditionally the paints used were made from ground ocher, a natural earth pigment.
