A really quick and easy craft for preschoolers and older. My daughter needed some help with cutting the pipe cleaners and twisting the feet on, other wise she was able to do most of this herself.

Material

  • 2 paddle pop sticks
  • 6 pipe cleaners
  • glue or sticky tape
  • textas for decorating
  • scissors

Method

  1. Cut one pipe cleaner in half to make the 2 legs.
Cut the other pipe cleaner in half, and then half again. These 4 bits will make the feet. Twist one onto each end of the legs.
  2. Use glue or sticky tape to stick to the underside of the paddle pop stick.
  3. Twist the third pipe cleaner to make a tail and secure it with sticky tape to the end of the paddle pop stick. Decorate it as you like.
