  • Sticky date pudding with ice cream would be my favourite…. my kids are happy with ice cream and topping


  • Banoffee Pie and Ice Cream but we would love to make something of Anna’s our favourite.

  • We all love a classic chocolate self sauce pudding with fresh cream. Its delicious, sweet and makes us feel warm inside


  • Chocolate brownie cake. Make your chocolate brownies as normal, then put split 50/50 of the mix into each cake tin. Once cooked allow to cool. Then fill the interior with sour cream chocolate icing and cover the top as well. When service add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.


  • We are a sweet tooth family but nothing is better than a Lemon pie.Its warmed on a cold night with cream, its au natural for afternoon tea and a dob of cream for dessert.Its tears, cheers and midnight chats.


  • We adore trifle! Layers of texture and flavours with the potential for a surprise addition. Timeless!


  • Homemade ice-cream every time
    Too expensive to buy on cones at the store
    With berries, cream and condensed milk, not much
    It’s so good, and they always want more!


  • I love choc au pain from France.Sweet delicious pastry and shared with a coffee


  • OOh, got to be profiteroles…. we devour them, they taste so devilishly good!


  • My citrus trees are heavy
    I know just what to make

  • Pavlova with cream and fresh fruit on it


  • Chocolate self-saucing pudding – hot from the oven with cream or ice-cream. It’s simple, no frills but always delicious and a dessert that my family ask for more than any other.


  • Ou favourite holiday dessert is chocolate mousse because it is a light snack, cold and refreshing in summer with smooth texture and a delicious flavour.


  • Jelly! They absolutely love the GREEN and RED blob of wobbly jelly that they indulge in once in a while, whilst using their imagination for little food adventures!


  • Cheese cake as they are my go to dessert as my extended family just love my lemon cheesecake and I have been making them for 39 years and now another generation are eating them.


  • Christmas trifle is an annual treat that is eaten for breakfast , lunch and dinner!


  • Banana Split


  • We love warm pineapple cake with hot homemade vanilla custard.


  • My daughter is very limited i what she can have but we make a biscuit out of dates, macadamias and cacao.
