Get a deeper understanding of your menstrual cycle, how to work with it and learn wellbeing tools with Wisdom, a short course by Myoni. We have 10 of these courses up for grabs!

Did you know that our monthly cycle can be key to know yourself more deeply, in practical and supportive ways? Perhaps you’ve tried tracking your cycle but didn’t know what to look for or why it REALLY mattered (besides a fertile windows and when your period was due) so you’re wondering what the point is?

Maybe you’ve experienced painful periods, irregular cycles or never quite thought much about what happens between that monthly bleed? Or your period is just an inconvenience you want to avoid all together? We get it. All your experiences are valid and unique. We created this course to provide some new lenses to view periods, cycles and how we relate to ourselves personally and collectively.

Have you heard the words luteal and follicular thrown around but thought they sounded more like pantone colours then something your body experiences? Does this cycle tracking jazz sound too confusing and complicated to even bother? We hear you and this is why the Wisdom course exists!

Wisdom, Go With Your Flow is a self paced online learning journey currently priced at $55.

It’s specially designed to help cyclical beings connect to their inner superpower to transform & open up new ways to leverage their relationships, work, health & wellbeing by using the wisdom of their body.
You’ll learn:

  • How the paradigms we’re in have shaped our experience
  • The 4 phases of your cycle and how to work WITH them.
  • Tools to reflect and integrate your experience & strengthen your connection you to YOU.
  • Wellbeing tools you can use right away.

  • I had to have a hysterectomy soon after my having my 3rd child but I have a good friend that would benefit from this course!

  • I have always, always wanted to try a menstral cup. I got one recently off eBay and it was a waste of money. I would love to give the myoni a try. Because since having kids I haven’t found a reliable period option for my changed body.

  • After having two kids, using tampons and pads have just made me feel so uncomfortable and irritating, they make me feel unhygienic. I’d love to be less wasteful also that’s why I think this would be a great course for me.

  • I’ve been reading a bit,
    And working hard with HIIT,
    Especially during follicular time,
So to learn more would be fine!

  • I’d love to find an alternative to period protection and learn more about my body – more than just a high school biology run through.

  • I want to win for a friend who has issues with her period, this course might help her get an understanding of her issues and have a better time of it.

  • Too late for me, but the daughter and daughter-in-law would appreciate these.

  • Oh how I wish these were around when I was having periods! My daughter in law is currently pregnant, but I’m sure her or my daughter would love to try these out

  • This sounds really interesting and we could all learn a bit more about how we can connect with our inner self.

  • Since having my children I have wanted to understand the cycle and more about it – it is so fascinating. Understanding the way your body works would be amazing and why all the symptoms are happening and what they mean.

  • This is an interesting concept, and I wonder if it would help someone like me who manages endometriosis on a daily basis.

  • I am always looking for new techniques for managing painful periods.

  • Would love to win this prize pack as I have been looking into changing over to a cup for a while now to save on waste going into the environment and it looks like a great option

  • I would appreciate the chance to learn more about our bodies. I never pick up on changes because I don’t have a deeper understanding of our cycles. This would be so beneficial to me as I can then pass this learning onto my 2 daughters

  • I would really love to win this as I’ve just started diving into learning about our cycles and how to love my body.

  • I would really love to win this as I’ve just started diving into learning about our cycles and how to love my body

  • This sounds like something that would be really beneficial. I’ve always been someone who isn’t so I tune with my body. 8 weeks pregnant before I realised something was up, the first time round. I struggle with late periods, long periods and generally am just all over the place but doctors say I’m healthy and no underlying conditions present. This might help me get on track a little better to understanding my body.

  • The course would really help me learn what is going on with my own courses which will help my wellbeing and give me the tools for my cycles

  • My menstruation cup is 12years old. I could really do with a new one. I bleed heavily so this is my only option and it is so much better than the disposable stuff

  • My friends have always talked about using a cup and i particularly like the environmental benefits of them! This will also give me the chance to learn a bit more about my monthly and how to work with it, not against it.
