Hello!

Remember payphones? They’re still kicking around and if you’ve got one near you, the kids can get in touch with the jolly man in red right now, without needing to scrounge up coins.

In the spirit of connecting during Christmas, Telstra wants to make sure Aussie kids get the chance to speak to Santa. So, kids can call Santa free from Telstra payphones, and let him know everything they have on their wishlist. All kids need to do is dial #HO HO HO (#46 46 46) from any Telstra payphone from now up until Christmas Eve. And it won’t cost a cent.

Telstra Free calls to Santa payphones

This is the third year Telstra has given kids the chance to chat to Santa on payphones, and this year they’re adding some more festive cheer! Kids can also chat to Mrs Claus or Santa’s right-hand Elf. To chat to Santa, press 1, for Mrs Claus press 2 and for an Elf, press 3.

It’s a chance to spread a little extra Christmas cheer, and with 14,500 payphones still scattered across Australia, kids should be able to find one nearby.

This year kids can do more than just chat with Santa, they can ask about the weather in the North Pole, what the reindeer like to snack on – this year, it’s interactive!

So what are you waiting for – take a stroll to your nearest payphone and dial up the Christmas fun!
