11 lucky MoM members have the chance to win a family pass to one of Sunset Cinema North Sydney’s family friendly outdoor movie screenings. Valued at $50 the prize allows entry for 2 adults and 2 kids or 1 adult and 3 kids to a family movie of your choice.

In one of Sydney’s most picturesque landmarks overlooking the lights of North Sydney, Sunset Cinema North Sydney is the perfect occasion for a cinematic night to remember watching the stars under the stars.

Returning for its 2017 season on the lush turf of North Sydney Oval the cinema runs for 8 weeks from January 19th to March 18th and boasts a fantastic selection of family friendly movies for you to enjoy the best of Sydney’s summer nights.

New release favourites for the family include Trolls, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Moana and Sing. A screening of cult classic Back to the Future also appears in the 2017 program. The Sunset Cinema experience is so much more than a trip to the movies. Food is available on site alongside a fully licensed bar and the Sunset Cinema snack bar has an ideal range of movie treats including Cobs popcorn, Bulla ChocTops, soft drinks, juice, lollies and chocolates.

  • The Sunset Cinema combines my love of movies and nature. It’s so liberating to be amongst a community setting enjoying both classic movies and new releases. It’s one of our favourite family activities to do together.

  • We’d love to see Trolls. My kids are still little, and my 4 year old is currently obsessed with them. It would be his first trip to the cinema – and my first since he was born.

  • Sing, both my boy 5 and 2 would love to see this film.

  • We don’t get a chance to do family things much as my husband works away all year, when he is home we stay home as money is tight, it would mean the world to us to have a night watching the movies at sunset.

  • I would love to take my hubby and kids to see Sing. My son loves Koalas at the moment, so I know he would love this movie. This would be a fantastic evening out. My 2.5 year old has never been to the movies so it would be magical.

  • I’d love to see Moana with my family, My daughter has a fancy dress tomorrow and I’ve spent the last 3 hrs making a moana costume so id love to see how close I actualy get the fished result!! My kids are disney mad so anything would be great!!

  • All of them. I’d like to gift this to my brother, his partner and my little niece who live one sydney if I won.

  • We would love to see Trolls! The kids friends are all talking about it and we are yet to get to the cinema because of our noisy 19 month old. It won’t matter at the sunset movie!

  • A night at the Museum. Just imagine this movie and all its characters being display on the BOG screen with the sounds from the crowds. Just spectacular I believe.

  • The Lion King is my all time favourite kids movie. It was the first movie my son ever saw at the cinema. He fell asleep but still a great memory. Forrest Gump is another favourite. Just goes to show if you feel yourself and follow your dreams, it all turns out good in the end
