  • Set guidelines and rules with consequences and then make sure you follow through with rewards or punishment and make sure you and your partner are on the same page so you have consistency.


  • Have a good bed time routine. Children in bed by 7.30 pm every night. Gives you time with your partner then , perfect. Must do.
