During summer it would be going for a swim. During the year it would be going on an excursion.

Discovering the markets and museums of each city ….. before finding the theme park as the kids reward

Getting out into our beautiful Australian Bush and go walking, experiencing nature and all it’s wonders.

Making sand castles at the beach! The kids could spend hours doing this and finding shells.

Fishing! The little ones have their own little fishing rods and love to put bait on the end and fish with the adults! Of course, the fishes they catch are a little smaller and mum and dad do help!

Driving in the car on a very long journey and doing some such needed relationship bonding. It is such a memorable time for all of us to talk about family issues – what troubles we have and how we can help each other. The best part was playing games in the car.

Swimming is my favourite thing, whether it be in a pool or the sea, I’d rather a 5star motel than camping

Playing Beach Cricket – Howzat? Out!… of the house, perfect!

Creating masterpieces with all our finds during our holiday, such as shells, rocks, napkins from restuarants, coasters and photos. Great fun and great memories too.

Has to be riding motorbikes in the mountains really enjoying the fresh air and our souroundings

Story Time – wherever we are, at home or visiting, there is always a local library and it’s a great way for the little ones to meet others in a safe environment whilst fostering their love of stories and also discovering more about wherever we may be, at home or on holidays! Thanks!

Beach combing.
We love just wandering along the beach to see what we can find. A piece of sea glass or a beautiful shell are all great discoveries.

We love to go to cities (even local ones) and just walk and explore the streets, shops, graffiti, unusual foods, views and coffee shops

to go snorkeling and see what lives under the ocean. As we love swimming and being in the water. Caring for the environment and what lives in it.

Fishing because it teaches my kids valuable life lessons, gets them outside and interested in the natural world away from technology

camping because my family is full of bogans so wearing thongs is perfect for camping and being loud will only scare away the wild animals

I like going on bush walks. It’s fun to explore and see new things. It’s team fun!
