  • Um, I’m not sure which came first, but my all time favourite movie is The Lion King and I also have the book

  • Rabbit proof fence as it has an excellent adaptation from book to film and is an Australian movie

  • The First Harry Potter because it was one of the best adaption and staye pretty true to the story.

  • I thought the Book Thief was amazing and showed the true devastation of war around the prefix of a great storyline.

  • The Lovely Bones was a fantastic book-to-film as it really showed the horror of the storyline.

  • To Kill A Mockingbird. Excellent and perfect adaptation and screenplay, impeccable casting. The movie did the book ???? justice, and my view is that the interpretation from book to movie was 100% flawless.
Casting Gregory Peck was pitch perfect, and a truly fantastic film of a fantastic book ????.

  • I’ve always thought Mario Puzo’s ‘Godfather’ was the best adaption to a movie.

  • Black Beauty I know its a oldie but it is just the most amazing story first to imagine but then to see breath taking.

  • Definitely the Notebook. The book was amazing and the movie definite did it justice.

  • Lord The Rings – Fellowship of the ring. To embark on such intense journey Tolkein created in his books. Was really accurate and I was transfixed.

  • The Girl On The Train! My next “Must Watch” movie.
I love it because it’s intense, mysterious, creepy and keeps you guessing and on the edge of your seat type of drama. Kind of like me, I think.

  • My sisters keeper was and probably will be for a long time. Its such a truely moving and emotionally charged book that was just given more understanding in the movie
