YOUR GUIDE

Luke’s mission is to help bring meditation into the modern day. Making it easy and accessible to practise.

Breaking down a lot of preconceived ideas around meditation, his relaxed yet modern guided approach has been embraced by thousands all around the world.

He can’t wait to share his practice with you and help you on your inner journey.

What you’re probably thinking…

I’ve never meditated before. Is this for me?

Absolutely! In fact that excites us more than anything! Soul Alive has been been designed to make it as easy as possible to practise. Our biggest tip is to just simply enjoy the process. Even if you’re an experienced meditator, we’re confident you’ll benefit from Soul-Alive, as the magic of meditation happens in the depth of it, not in how long you’ve been doing it for.

I thought meditation was only for hippies?

Although we love hippies, meditation certainly isn’t just for them. In fact ,some of the most ‘western’ people meditated regularly, including the likes of Oprah, Steve Jobs, Hugh Jackman & Ellen.

I’ve tried meditation before but felt it didn’t work.

Understandable. There’s a lot of different types of meditation out there and not every type is going to work for you. Soul Alive is a blend of a few different types of meditation, designed to cater to all peoples different behaviours and lifestyles. Plus, if you feel like it’s not helping you, you can cancel at any time. We don’t have any lock-in agreements.

What happens if I miss a class?

No worries. You can still access the class up to 24hrs after.

I’ve got such an active mind. There’s no way I could get it to ‘turn off’.

That’s completely ok. In fact often these type of people end up being the best meditators. All that’s required is a simple shift in perspective. Look at it as a way of turning ON your brain, not off and simply enjoy the process.

What if I don’t like it or feel like it isn’t for me?

Totally cool. Although we think you’ll love it and we’ll be sad to see you go you can cancel at any time.

  • Before tucking into bed,
I take five minutes to stretch instead.

And my mind de-stressed enough to rest.
