  • Ooh I’d love a black rice pizza base (always wanted to try making one for something different). A homemade spicy passata spread covered with fresh basil, almond milk shredded mozzarella, toasted shredded almonds and seasonal roasted vegetables would be delicious and safe for everyone at our house!


  • Starting with a rustic hand-stretched dough, I’d brush the base with garlic-infused olive oil and add a thin layer of tomato pizza sauce. Then comes the cheese—crumbly Greek feta and fresh Italian mozzarella for a tangy-melty duo topped with fresh spinach leaves and a sprinkle of seasoning.

  • Ham and hot salami on rich tomato sauce with melted mozzarella, cooked in the Cozze Pizza Oven for a bold, meaty flavour, simply irresistible.


  • Mozzarella and green capsicum on tomato sauce, baked in the Cozze Pizza Oven for a crispy, tasty classic. Simple, fresh, and delicious.


  • Nutella, marshmallows, strawberries and banana pizza for me. Totally irresistible!


  • Feta, Chorizo and basil. Just fresh, a bit spicy and goes perfectly with a cold glass of Pinot Gris. Delicious


  • A sophisticated pizza with Goat’s Cheese, Caramelised Onion and Fig. Served on a bed of tomatoes, caramelised onions, juicy figs, creamy goat’s cheese, and finished with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar, this pizza is the ultimate ‘Adult’s Only’ pizza and perfect for cooking in a Cozze Pizza Oven!


  • I’d make a pizza with mortadella, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of chilli honey, sweet, spicy, and delicious from the Cozze Pizza oven.


  • A pizza topped with creamy buffalo mozzarella, sweet roasted capsicum and green olives, simple, bold flavours perfectly crisped in the Cozze oven.


  • a gluten-free base, pulled jackfruit pizza with a homemade potato based non-dairy cheesy sauce drizzle to keep all palates and tummies in the house happy


  • Yabby and Cherry Tomato with buffalo mozarella and fresh basil and chilli.

  • A pizza mega – every topping you could image – packed with flavour


  • Cheap and Cheerful, Margaraita – because i just ‘Knead the Dough’!


  • I’d make a classic margherita—crispy base, gooey mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. Simple, bold, and perfection in every bite!


  • I know this is a very contentious choice but it would have to be a Hawaiian pizza (yes pineapple).


  • To much of my husbands disappointment it would definitely be a ham and pineapple pizza.


  • The Vegan Mezze. It’s fresh, colourful and full of crunch – snow peas, roasted peppers, hummus dollops and a drizzle of harissa. Like a salad crashed a pizza party.
