Hello!

We predict this is going to be most requested Christmas present for 2018.

It’s a pimple-popping twist on Operation and this new game will soon be popping onto the shelves. Introducing Pimple Pete – a board game teen with a face full of pimples that are just crying out to be popped.

The game is the brainchild of Dr Sandra Lee, aka the Pimple Popper, who popped onto the scene with her so-gross-but-you-can’t-look-away zit zapping videos. Dermatologist Lee has 2.8 million followers on Instagram and has over 4 million subscribers on YouTube.

Dr Lee has joined forces with leading global children’s entertainment company, Spin Master to bring “Pimple Pete” board game to the masses.

Avoid the Squirting Zit

The aim of the game is to gently extract pull-able gummy pimples from Pete’s face. But be warned, at any stage during the extraction, the “mega-zit” on his nose may explode, spraying the losing player with pus (ok, it’s really only water…but it’s still pretty gross).

The description reads: “Turn after turn the anticipation and nervous giggles increase as players wait to see who might be squirted with a surprise burst of pimple juice!”

From what we’ve seen, the pimples look pretty realistic. We can’t wait to get our hands on them.

It looks like though, we’ll have to wait a few months until Pimple Pete explodes into our local shops.

In the meantime, popaholics can catch Dr. Sandra Lee in her new TV series TLC. In Dr. Pimple Popper, Dr Lee will be tackling real-life patients’ debilitating skin conditions and helping them reclaim their lives in the process.

  • Considering the fact that are told it is not wise to squeeze pimples this game sets a very bad example.

  • I actually find this to be quite disturbing!

  • Thank heavens it wasn’t around this Christmas.

  • This is gross. Just the thought of pimple popping is gross – even though we all do it. But, to then play a game that highlights it. I don’t know who would buy this.

  • A big no from me,there is nothing fun with this one!

  • I just cant imagine owning this game. It makes me screw up my face just thinking about it. Of course that would make the kids want it.

  • I would love this! OK, I’m a bit weird.

  • I would be more concerned about the kids learning to pop a pimple when in reality it’s the thing you shouldn’t be doing to them!! Plus, the Soggy Doggy game is enough for this household!

  • Kids will love this

  • I’m sure the kids would find this amusing but not for me. It’s a bit gross

  • That is just nasty, which is exactly why the kids will love it. I had friends at school who enjoyed squeezing other people’s zits

  • Yuck I hate it but the kids will love it. Couldn’t come at buying this one though.

  • Ha! Ha! It looks quite funny. A lot of kids will enjoy it!!! :-)

  • Will not be on our Christmas Wish List – I can think of much better ways to pass the time!

    • I agree – we like a variety of games – but this one does not appeal to me.

  • Not an appealing game for me – will not be on our list!

  • Great pressie for your teenager ! Better to squeeze those pimples from Pete’s face, then their own, as it only makes it worse.
