  • We’ve reviewed many of the top trampoline models in Australia and have just published a big guide on this so happy to share a condensed version of it. Here are our current top picks:

    Vuly Ultra

The Vuly Ultra is well-liked for its strong build, good safety features, and decent bounce. However, assembly can be tricky, and essential accessories like ladders are extra.

    Pros:

    – Sturdy build with galvanised steel.
    – Excellent safety with springs external to jumping area, a high net and curved poles.
    – Good bounce with 70 springs, suitable for all ages.

    Cons:

    – Safety net is recommended by Vuly to be replaced yearly.
    – Assembly can be confusing.
    – Important accessories cost extra.

    Springfree Trampoline

Known for its innovative springless design, the Springfree offers impressive safety and build quality but comes at a high price and can be tough to assemble.

    Pros:

    – Very durable, with a powder-coated steel frame.
    – Superior safety with no springs.
    – High weight capacity and a 10-year warranty.

    Cons:

    – Expensive.
    – Difficult assembly.
    – Zips on the net can wear out over time.

    Vuly Thunder

The Vuly Thunder features a springless design, enhancing safety and performance. However, assembly can be challenging, and it has some design flaws.

    Pros:

    – Uses leaf springs for better safety.
    – Strong, galvanised steel frame.
    – High safety net and curved poles.

    Cons:

    – Assembly is difficult with unclear instructions.
    – Small feet sink into the ground

    Jumpflex Flex

A budget-friendly option with good safety and quality. It’s easy to assemble and offers great value for money, though it doesn’t meet Australian safety standards.

    Pros:

    – Robust, powder-coated steel frame.
    – High safety net and secure enclosure.
    – Easy assembly with included tools.

    Cons:

    – Velcro attachments deteriorate under sunlight.
    – Does not meet Australian safety standards.

When choosing a trampoline, consider safety features, build quality, bounce, ease of assembly, value for money, additional accessories, warranty, and customer service. This ensures you pick a trampoline that fits your needs and budget while providing a safe and fun experience for your family.

Hope that helps! You can read the full guide here: https://bouncearena.com.au/best-trampolines-australia/

  • Wow, 1 and 3 is a bit young for trampolining I would think.. being so young I’d be leaning toward the little toddler size ones, for safety reasons

  • We got a Vuly after two cheap trampolines didn’t survive the weather and my kids. The Vuly survived years of storms without damage or being flipped over, any the net was good at keeping them in – no falls.

  • Hubby bought the kids a cheap one from Big W.
My two kids are also three and one and they play in it just fine.
