I think anything that melts hair can’t be good.

I would suggest contacting the manufacturer as they may be able to assist you. They will also want to know about the problem with the product. Place something soothing and gentle on the area.

There are harsh chemicals in those creams I wouldn’t personally do it again. I either pluck the hairs out or treat myself to a wax by going to a salon.

you have to be very careful of this stuff I burns easily, I would use a gently pubic one in this area

It shouldn’t burn, so I would definitely contact the manufacturer and tell them of your problem. They should be concerned enough to contact you, and will probably want to know if you still have the container the cream came in, so they can get a batch number, and investigate if there was a production problem. If you need something to soothe your skin, I’d recommend a small Aussie company called “Caroline’s Skin Care”. She specializes in creams for eczema, psoriasis, dry skin and other problems, and may be able to recommend something to help you.

I find these creams harmful. However, you shouldn’t have burns. I’d call the manufacturer.

Just be mindful of all the chemicals in these products, and always follow instructions perhaps try some pawpaw cream on your burnt areas?

if your going to use it on your face, I would use the bikini one, it is less harsh

I would use lanolin on the burn all natural and the oil from fleece is fantastic for all burns

The barrier cream idea sounds good

not for my face, the mouth is a particularly sensitive area though, what about applying a barrier cream first?

The skin on your face it much thinner than on your body so can be a lot more sensitive to hash chemicals in things such as depilatory creams and bleaching.

lucky my hairs are fair, would not risk burning my sensitive lips, use tweezers
