Sure do, especially when the sun is out and I feel like it’s going to burn. With young kids it’s even more important to me. And with the SunSmart app, it’s just too easy to check the levels.
There is no such thing and is unneccesary . If you are concerned put on your sunglasses and /or sunscreen to the exposed areas and then you don’t have to worry . There are SPF 50 plus now which is the strongest sunscreen in the market .
Not always, though I should!
In fact until I seen this question I didn’t really think about it very seriously so thank you for bringing it up.
I do check the temperature several times a day but really only check the UV level when it’s really really hot.
That is now going to change.
I’ll have a look at it when it’s on the weather segment of the nightly news and take note. So I’ll know what sort of sun protection we’ll need the next day or when to avoid being outside
