“Since having my baby I noticed my whole body had changed, I still weigh the same but was really flabby round my belly, legs arms, bum ect. So I decided to try the Paelo diet. I started it and on the 2nd night my baby woke up starving I continued for another 3 nights, 5 days in total as my baby was waking up 2-3 times a night just starving I then decided to stop the diet as I thought it was affecting her and just eat my normal food again just cut back the portion sizes and she was back to her normal self within a day.
