Firstly, definitely banish hubby to the doghouse. Lol. Dog blankets through the wash :0 I would be putting non important things through (like hubby’s clothes lol) to get rid of the dog hair. It will eventually disappear

part of the joy of having a pet LOL a mate has a Golden Retriever and he sheds bucketloads!! I adore poodles, so we don’t have the same issues in mine!

I would put one slightly damp clean towel in the dryer and turn it on, that way there relly isnt a lot in the dryer and the lint filter should get full of all the hairs etc thats trapped in it. Oh and rewash anything hubby just washed.

wash it all again, and take it down to the local Laundromat and put it throught the large industrial driers, these are larger and allow more movement, you will find this will get rid of it all easily, I used to own a commercial laundry and this was the easiest way to remove fluff and hair without any effort.

Putting things in the dryer generally gets rid of hair but if the hair is already in the dryer then throw in a couple of microfibre cloths to attract the hair first.

FIrstly, anything that belongs to our dog does not go in our washing machine or drying, I just handwash and hang outside. Fortunately I will never have this problem. There are some good ideas here though.

I would assume that both the washing machine and the dryer are full of the hair. I would do a full hot empty load in the washing machine with half a cup of bicarb. The hair is probably still washing around in the machine but getting caught in the clothes and not escaping through the draining water.

Secondly I would wet a microfiber cloth or a few and wring them well and then toss them in the dryer. These should attract the hair and also being a minimal load, hopefully collect more hair in the lint collector too. The cloths will cause static in the dryer too so then use a clean cloth to wipe out the inside of the dryer too.

You could try banishing your husband to the dog house but then where is the dog going to go? I usually use the dryer to get dog hair off things but it might be the difference in dryers
