I’ve been using scissors from Japan Scissors to cut my hair at home—super handy for keeping things neat with quick, simple styles.

Cut it short ! I used to use the trimmer on my head and it was the best; no bad hair days and you jump under the shower and you hardly have to wash, comb or dry it

Do you mean tyeing your Hair Up when wet….?

The longer and thicker your hair is the longer it will take to dry even with a hair dryer.
I have kept mine short. It gets so thick and “bushy like a squirrel’s tale” (love kids for their comments) if I don’t have it thinned. Plenty ends up on the hairdresser’s floor. The quickest way to partly cut my hair is with thinning scissors. It takes too long otherwise.

I’m going through a high ponytail, messy bun and using large size leopard print clips stage – although I’m keen to try the knotted hairbands.

I like the simple……pony tail. Slide the elastic holding your pony tail down the hair a little way, just enough to fold the hair back through the hole created between the elastic an your head. I did this all the time when my daughter was in school.

I’m the same, if I don’t blow dry, it looks terrible (in my opinion anyway). If I don’t have time, I use hair clips or headbands to smooth it down and let it dry naturally.

I just chopped my hair short, it now sits just above my shoulders and all I do after I’ve washed it is spray sea salt spray in it and scrunch the ends so they look wavy or curly. It takes me no time & I love it! When it was longer I would always have to blow dry and straighten as well.

Maybe get some advice from a hairdresser about styles and products?

Also depends what type of hair do you have? Thick, thin, waves, curly, straight, frizzy (I assume long by straightening)
I had a hairdresser give me some easy tips specifically for my hair – I have really thick hair so she suggested after washing in the evening a slight blow dry to be mostly dry then twist and pin into a bun. Then in the morning it’s got a lovely amount of bounce rather than flat look. I bun it and it works super compared to if I don’t do that. But it doesn’t work for all hair.
To get a nice bounce rather than flouted back look I put a few bobby pins at the crest then tie it and then use another 2 hair ties to form the bun. I also roughly braid and do a lower bun. For me these few look good but I can do them quickly.

But seriously ask your hairdressers for some easy styling tips to suit your hair!

My daughter has long hair and she often braids it. There are many different braiding tool out that can help folk that are not confident in braiding and can be more time friendly. Hope other moms have more suggestions for you. Best of luck.
