Gripe Water - what are your thoughts?

Hello!

My friend is using gripe water on eight week old. It worries me. She seems to grab the bottle for every cry, and uses coloxyl? Think that is it for constipation…. Baby is on breast milk, they don’t poo every day.. I am worried how can I help?

We used it with our eldest and it was AMAZING. Didn’t need it with our second. I would maybe suggest recommending sg e see her gp

I’ve used grip water by my first and stopped using it because it didn’t help a single bit !

I think gripe water is a money maker for baby product manufacturers. There are better products on the market. Mum seems to feel using too many additives for my liking. Might not be good for baby
