  • Other then seeking professional help, find out what’s causing it and if it can be treated, I’d wear hats when I’m out. If people stare, just smile and say HI. Hold your head up

  • I had the same issue and found it best to visit a trichologist. It has helped me tremendously- although they are a bit pricey.Make sure you oil your hair often – I use onion oil and it has really helped with my hair loss

  • Rosemary oil is reputed as great but I would have a visit with your GP as well.

  • A bunch of fresh Rosemary
About a Tsp or 2 of cloves in a pot of about 2½ to 3 Cups of water bring to a boil let simmer for 15-20min strain water into a spray bottle (water will be a dark colour)
Spray on your hair and massage daily. Helps grow and thicken hair.

  • Try to apply coconut oil on your scalp and hair 1-2 hours before washing. It helped me to make it thicker and healthier. Also I would advise to see a GP and do some blood tests. There maybe mineral deficiency. Hope it will help you.

  • Invest in one of those hair derma rollers. I’ve had results from that and using a hair growth oil with it. I’ve also used JS health hair and energy tablets.

  • See your GP early!

  • I have the sane thing. I’m trialing coconut oil atm it’s dramatically improved my hair growth and thickness.

  • Hi,
I had the same thing happening to me 2 years ago. it was brought on by stress. i will attach a photo of what mine looked like for you to see.
its important to know it will come back! you just need to look after yourself.
what I done was take JS hair and energy capsules every day. i also used a spray called ‘milkshake’ to encourage stimulation to the area. i also used bondi boost spray. i would use milkshake of a morning and bondi boost hair growth spray of a night.
I also nano needled the area with a copper peptide serum 2 times a week.
i am a clinical aesthetician with a degree in health science so i had the needling device at home. you could possibly use a dermal roller very lightly on the area and rub in the serum that way.
also make sure you are NOT using any heat on the area. let it dry naturally and try not use any straighteners. you dont want to upset the area.
it took a good 6-9 months of doing all of these things and it started to grow back.

  • Visit your doctor and get a referral to a trichologist/hair specialist. There are also special shampoos and conditioners for those who have thinning hair which may help you.

  • A GP might be able to refer to a specialist to assist with the issue.

  • Maybe see your GP for possible advice and also a good hair dresser for tips on managing this issue.

  • I’d start with a Dr, also possibly a naturopath. Sometimes Drs run blood tests and you can be within a ‘safe’ range but the naturopath will look for the optimal range and may be able to help with reputable options for any deficiencies or imbalances. You could also consider treating from the outside at the same time with a focused shampoo and conditioner, Nioxin is great. Bondi Boost claims to be great but I think they just help with thickness. Nioxin is the one to go for.

  • I have the same problem and I just put it down to getting older but I will check with my Dr when I go next time

  • Definitely see a Doctor as it may be treatable.

  • Go to a doctor. It could be stress, alopecia, or malnutrition.

  • Visit your GP and talk to them about it as it could be health related.

  • Sorry to hear you’re struggling with this problem and hate it so much, hope you find something that helps !
